There's an R32 that has been legalized for $32,500, but we're kinda considering that. I'd go for an STi or an Evo, or go the way we did before and get a nice E36 M3(but make sure to get nice tires, or it'll understeer on you).

The only problem with getting a skyline is maintenance. It would seriously be a bitch. Because you'd not only have to order every part straight from Japan, and the only people qualified to work on the car would be motorex. You can't just take it to a Nissan dealership.

Killahbz, we have an S60 2.5t AWD but I test drove the R.... bad... ass. Oh and the "sport" seats are probably the best I've ever sat in. Very comfy and they fit like a glove

I thought the same thing, but while I was shopping for boba, I got a flyer for a place that specializes in JDM cars. They stock parts for R32, R33, and R34 Skyline GT-R's.

I'd say go for the Srt-4 but go for the 04 and not the 03.The 04's have more power and come with limited slip.I was just at the track the other day and their was a bone stock one running consistant 14.0s all night. Not bad for 20k and 20+ mpg. With the money you save you can get the Mopar staged upgrades with a few other goodies and easily do low 13's high 12's and still be way under the 30k price range.

The Evo VIII or STI. One of my best friend bought an Evo and there is no turbo lag on that car at all stock. He also put on a freeflow intake and exhaust. New cams and new intercooler. He's pushing about 420 HP. I will have some pics later on. Rear wheel or AWD. That's just my :2cents:

Scott.

I have an '02 Civic Si HB. Absolutely love it! Great car and super cheap. Bought for like 16G's. The only thing that sucks is the stock 15" wheel and the fact that they don't market the LSD here in the states. Other than that it's a great car. 30mpg highway... maybe 31.. not very quick but with $13,000 left over there's plenty of aftermarket parts to choose from at this point.

GEO METRO!!!! good gas milage and cheaper than crap! lol, jk. i would hit up the evo first then the RX8

I just thought of something. Mitsubishi is not doing well, and it's likely that it will go bankrupt. I'm not sure if it would be wise to buy a car made by a manufacturer that's about to tank. I love the Evo, however, and if Mitsu turns back around, I'd say go for it. Until then, go for an STi or a WRX.

well considering the evo smoked the wrx in almost every catagory i would still hit up the evo over the wrx.

I dunno, i've heard mixed reviews about the two regarding which one is better. Like they had a shootout and the EVO won, but then they named the STI as car of the year (or something really prestigious).

I'm partial to the STI myself. It's more torquey with no turbo lag. I think that's better.

g35 coupe over the factory rice! perfomance aint the only thing on this list...you strange peers :x
