the infiniti g35 coupe and sedan are nice so is the new volvo s40 t5 awd fully loaded. 3 series is about in that range to but well no options =\

remeber guys... most of the cars you mentioned get like 17 mpg.... thats not value :x

also, we have a Volvo S60 2.5TAWD. More car than the above stated S40 which obviously means more money but the wife has been extremely happy with it. We put some BBS 18"s on her too... looks tight. Personally, I wanted the "R" but hey... can't have everything

If I had an STI, I don't think I'd want anything over 400whp. You'd have to seriously regear the car with 600hp.

As for the supra...I used to like them, but knowing they handle like crap. I'd rather have less horsepower and something that handles. Besides, all supras are good for is racing on the freeway.

2 cars I never expected to see in here was a neon and the kia WTF? Although I never heard anything negative from kia owners hmmm? But the neon is a POS! It might have some hp and styling but reliabilty suffers seriously! I would have to say 3. #1 Toyota Camry #2 Nissan Maxima #3 Honda Accord. Just my opinion,not very sporty cars but all are very economical and reliable with style and power to boot.

17 MPG isn't value, damn, I thought the 13 MPG my mom's Surbaban get was great and would be great for any car. May be i just hate Rice burners w/ 4 cyl engines. V-8s are the only engine for a car anything less is for a go kart. (the I-6s in semi are an exceptiong though)

Damn...A little harsh on the neons. I'm not too fond of neons either. But after test driving an SRT-4, i've got new appreciation. I'd love to have an SRT-4...seriously. It's a 14 second car for under $20k. Go test drive one and tell me they suck.

If you wanna talk about a real POS...talk about the Ford Focus. That thing had so many recalls when it came out it was unreal. Everything that had anything to do with safety was designed or installed wrong. I know, they fixed it all...but you know what, it shouldn't have that many recalls...My corolla had 1 recall, that's it!

get either the mazda rx-8 or the subaru wrx sti


the evo viii is cool too but i heard it has turbo lag. the wrx and evo are basically the same with minor differences.

everyone when they are 15-young driving age wants a fast car.. shiat i do too... lol...but there is a point you get to somewhere in your late 20's early 30's that I've seen where you get more of a fast sleeper attitude. i just kinda find it funy how most of the young people offer wrx and evo and the more matuire people picked the tsx and tl(which i both like:x )

its a maturity thing pretty much. on some scales the evo and sti arent a car at all... the interior of the evo is that asme as the 13k car it comes from pretty much and the sti isnt the most luxourious thing either... why pay 150 for a bently when an sti is faster and can out handle it? the evo and sti all your paying for is an engine and 4wd with some rally options

well, I don't know WTF that was all about but how about personal preference instead of maturity. I'm quite sure I'm mature enough to drive a Carrera GT but I'm not rich so I drive a civic si. My wife could have bought an RX-8 but she bought an S60.

Nice line-up...I agree with most of you about the TL and TSX (I think thats it) they look great from the outside but the FWD will have to go. I'm really considering the STi...she is a BEAST! I test drove one about two weeks ago I still get the shakes when I think about it. However the markup on them is so high its ridiculous, same goes for the EVO. I'm also looking forward to S60R and V70R from Volvo...(300 horses, 6 speed, Brembo brakes, AWD, and legendary Volvo safety) I just got a job at the Volvo dealership so I know I will be in the cockpit of one soon.

Well there dealerships that work off of eBay that can get you an new (never titled) STI or EVO for MSRP without the markup. You'd just have to pay for shipping. It's basically the same as buying from any local dealership since most won't let you test drive anyhow.

One thing about the awd volvos...most of the power is going to the front wheels so it's pretty much a fwd car. It probably won't corner nearly as fast as an STI or EVO. But on the other hand, it does have adjustable dampening...not sure if the STI or EVO does.

You might also want to test drive the base bmw's like 325i and maybe 330i's. They might not be as fast as some of the other cars, but they're probably a lot more balance with relation to power and cornering.
