Should be easy peasy.
You don't already own a Dremel?Ran into the first modification that will be needed. The furitek servo, while it is perfectly wide enough to fit in the OEM case, it is less wide than the OEM servo and thus, the connector cord makes it not fit. I guess I need to guy a Dremel

My wife has one, but I feel like it's messed up...need to figure it out today I guess lolYou don't already own a Dremel?
My wife has one......
Tie a rope outside and too yourself. You can tug for air and food or pull yourself out when lost.My wife has advised we have two of them, I just need to track them down in her crafting room
If it's anything like @DavidB1126's shed, he's gonna need itTie a rope outside and too yourself. You can tug for air and food or pull yourself out when lost.
If it were me cut some aluminum tube's from Amazon or K&S metals and use longer screws.Ok, I got the servo box cut and the servo is in place...next issue...the bracket that secured the much less deep OEM servo has a gap...

Rec's on how to secure the servo?
It's just the OEM servo mount for the SCX24. I was thinking the same on the angle of the steering link...it looks like it may work, but dunno.Did you have the Meus axles on that? Or what are they? And what servo mount are you using? If you mount that servo too far forward your steering link angle will be pretty bad.
Grab a different mount. There are lots of options out there. I bet even Furitek has one for that servo. It's just the OEM servo mount for the SCX24. I was thinking the same on the angle of the steering link...it looks like it may work, but dunno.
I'm willing to give it the ol' college try, I'm just not seeing how with the length of it that it will work on this frame setup. If I was able to get it a mounted slightly higher where I could clear pushing it back some, that may work. I'm not overly mechanically inclined, so it takes me a minute to "see" what I need to do...which is why I ask a lot of questions. The WP827 did not get a good review from 2FMRC. The WP173 looks to be a decent option. I jmhave one. It is a nice servo. It's going in our 6x6 build.
Why not just buy a servo mount that will work?
