I'm going to "pimp" this truck out for the fun of it (and to learn). Input/suggestions wanted. I'm thinking about shopping Injora for a bit of it.

Injora stuff is a good call.

Start off with a front brass diff cover. Better wheels and tires are alway an improvement, but just pay attention to the outer diameter or you might be cutting the fenders out of your truck.

From there, the stock steering links are crap. And you'll want to upgrade your servo while you're in there. There are numerous options for servos, just pay attention to what servo mounts they work best with.

Your motor could possibly become the weak link rather quickly, so I would do an upgrade there next. There are brushed options that will allow you to stay with the stock ESC/Rx combo, but if you want to go brushless, you'll need a new ESC and radio.

That should keep you busy for awhile.

I agree, Injora is a great choice, and as WF mentioned, brass down low.
Furitek system would be a must.

That's my current cart at the Injoura website...lol

Great looking truck, I forgot I added wheels/tires to my cart after sending. I'm going to order tonight. I've already got my first order coming with some shocks for my trx4m, figure that will be here in about a week.

The shocks most likely do much other than improve the looks. Small scale shocks tend to be tricky to find something that really make a difference. If you like the look, cool, if your looking for a performace upgrade save your money.

Join us in the $500.00 SCX24 club! 🤣

With the purchase of the truck itself and the first order to Injoura, I'm halfway there! lol

I am considering putting something in it that would allow me to use the FlySky NB4 if that's a possibility

With the Furitek system you use your own transmitter and receiver.

Thinking about this combo...

Anyone with technical knowledge see anything else I would need to get this up and running in the ol' Power Wagon?

The website also mentions...

not sure where to go on the "low reduction gearing"

That one looks like it's intended for the TRX4m. Careful, some of the connectors might not match up. Try to find the Axial SCX24 compatible version.

Ok, if it were me, I would go with THIS

Could you still use the ESC that would work with the Flysky with that bad boy? Or perhaps even the NB4?
