My guess there are bootleg RC and if i have to one guess where they are made

"in china"

and i notice some also that ebay have there "Electric & Nitro RC" and they sell these bootleg rc and you know what

how do you know if you buy from ebay or any online shop that they will sell you a genuine rc that will not break in 5 minutes "how would you know"

No legitimate online store will sell you a knock off branded as the name brand. For instance, a Smartech MT that looks like the Traxxas T-Maxx and label it TRAXXAS. That is fraudulent. If you feel that there is something you can't trust then ask. As for EBAY.. that is buy at your own risk. Most shops on Ebay are legit. Like RCBoyz, HobbieguyRC are straight up.

Use common sense.

Simple. Always buy a reputable brand name. And always buy from a reputable seller. All the big name companies will have their logo all over it so it should be easy to spot. If you're not sure, don't buy it. People will argue that there are many clones out there. And there probably are. But I have never seen firsthand where someone is trying to sell a ride that is advertised as a big-name RC but is actually a knock-off. Doesn't mean it doesn't happen. But I would suspect that if it's going to happen, it would be from some private-party scammer and not a business.

yeh i almost bought my lst2 on ebay, but i decided to spend a lil more and go to a local shop, bring them business, and now they help me out when ever i need it. almost cosidered it an investment.

as far as ebay, just be careful and if something dosnt seem right. dont do it.

hey i am the owner of redcat racing, its not a knock off of a knock off, its a knock off of a knock off of a knock off, made by a knock off company that is knocking off of another knock off company.... :surrender
