Just curious if anyone out there wishes they didn't buy a 1/16 revo (VXL or otherwise) and if so, why? Issues with parts?

Kind of thinking about getting one off ebay just for tinkering around with. I know it's too big to run indoors, but I do have some large open carpeted areas at work, plus it would be fun at the skatepark to run something quiet once in a while.

Thanks.

They're a blast, Olds! I've got a nearly stock one and they will take a beating. No regrets at all.

Their an awesome rig for sure! Only things bad is that they are small, but you know that going into it lol.

I had a mini-lst2 for a bit, but it had too many shortcomings to be worth the effort of running it. Seems that traxxas may have done a better job with their mini's.

Nope, my MERV is crazy fast and fun with stock batteries; insane with LIPOs. My friend ran this little truck against my Losi 10 T and the little beast kept up.

Think I'll put my buying efforts on hold until the used ones come down in price a bit more. Got too many things these days to spend $ on another RC.

I'm still kicking myself for not jumping on a used one in monroe wi at my lhs. He wanted $125 with no rx/tx and it was all rpm a arms and aluminum pushrods.
