Hey guys,

I am in need of some advice on setting up a playlist for our upcoming wedding. I am in charge of putting it all on my iPod. That is the easy part. The part I am having trouble with is coming up with a list of songs. There are only going to be 14 people there. We have a mixture of folks in there early to late 50's (our parents) and the rest of us are in our late 20's and early 30's. I doubt there will be much dancing...well at least club dancing. I also have to keep it clean since there will be little kids around. So far I have put together some 50's 60's and a bunch of country, since that is what most of us listen to the most. I am having no problem coming up with our first dance, as well as other slow songs, but it is the just sitting around on the deck looking at the beach drinking music. You know just stuff to listen to in the background. I also have some Buffett going on as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again guys.

I have about 2 months til the big day. 30 gigs... wow that would be great! Are you sure you won't mind doing that? I would appreciate it. Since the wedding is so small I figured I could run the whole thing off the iPod. Thank Plaid, you the man! I hope I am not in over my head! Hell I will just get them all drunk then they won't care what the hell is playing! :wasted:

Anything should fly as long as it is not hardcore rock or rap. Classic rock rules... and the alternative is great. The angry hardcore rock puts her in the mood so I will definitely have to play some of that. I put in some Disturbed the other day and damn.....
