Airplane carry-on safe RC

What's your favorite small, airplane carry-on safe, travel RC vehicle for use at the hotel when traveling?
AA batteries? My understanding is that LIPO aren't compatible with airplane passenger compartments.
OR can a LIPO powered car be converted to AA?
Just looking for something small to buzz around the hotel room obstacle course.
Thoughts?

You'd need a pretty big battery to exceed 100wh with a single pack (That's a 9,000mah 3S), and if you're sticking to smaller scale for indoor use you're definitely fine.
