Advise on buying

Lipo, Lipo Hardcase, n Lipo ROAR approved??? And 20c, 30c, 40c etc.??? 7.2v vs 11.1v?What are these terms in buying Lipo batteries?

I also noticed from the video greywolf posted that Jang couldn't fit the gensacearespammers lipos in the battery compartment. What brand lipos do fit?

The gensacearespammers lipos that are labeled as direct connect should fit in there. The one that he has is the style of lipo where you can actually plug and unplug the battery wires from the battery via bullet connectors built right into the hardcase. You could also use Sky lipos they are also sold by HobbyPartz.

As for all the lipo confusion you may want to check out my multi part video series i have called "Electrics 101" You can skip to the videos that deal with lipos first if you want but i would recommend eventually watching all the material there. The whole series is very long but tons of info in there for folks that are new to electric RCs.
