A Charger For All

I'm shopping for a new charger. One that will do EVERYTHING for lipos
(if it does Nimh thats a plus too) I want one that will Balance, Discharge, Run AC DC power, and tell me individual cell volts. I dont want to break the bank something around $100 bucks... Anyone... lets here your reviews

i bought my venom pro on the advice from Slow. best charger I've ever owned. and it will do everything, from 1 cell to lipo, to my 1:1 truck!
