2024 RC Themed Pumpkin Carving Contest!!

Sorry Woodie, you can't say I didn't try.
Foam pumpkins suck. Terrible trying to carve with Arthritis so bad in my fingers.

I got some help from my niece to help me get my foam pumpkin out of the garage yesterday. Now it's a time crunch but I will make it happen!

I got as far and the T and said screw it. Hurts too much and already a million of those little annoying styroballs .

I had to make a huge 3d model in engineering school out of only 1" thick, 12"×12" Styrofoam bars. The finished model was very complex with multiple sides & crevices. We had to go by 2d & 3d drawings supplied by the professor. It reminded me of a Millennium Falcon but thicker. I had an 88 Escort GT back then. It took up nearly the back seat. It was a PITA to work with & get to stick together. That stuff was everywhere. Glue sticks. CA glue. Awful. After the grade, I smashed the H out of it & put it in the dorm dumpster

Ok..here's my entry.

I messed up on the "RCTALK.COM" as it was a rush job. Pieces fell off. The "a" disappeared. Too small to rescue with a toothpick. Just carved it earlier tonight after work. I should have went with individual letters like I did last year with my Arrma Forum pumpkin. O well, lessons learned.

The rc carving is a pic of my stretched Terps Typhon.

I'm not much of a pumpkin carver let alone putting a good RC theme into one, so I apologize for not participating. We just pick up a few for the kids to carve so they can enjoy it. I had anticipated much more pumpkins to be carved here.
