Ahhhhhhh-I gotcha now bud! That’s the liquid mask that I apply after cutting out, and washing the body. Then I draw my graphics out on the protective outer film, cut every last line, and peel each layer as needed until it’s finished.. Then I back it all with Wicked Opaque White, then Createx 4050 UVLS Clear, as a sealer. Then remove the outer factory provided overspray film, and run it!

What I use as well. It’s by far the best available today. I used Fasmask 20yrs ago, and with solid success, but have since moved on to Bitty, as Fasmask is no longer available, and Bitty’s is just tremendous… If you can’t succeed with Bitty’s-painting isn’t for you.

I've been asked to paint another nitro buggy body for my friend. He's looking to get a Kyosho Inferno MP10 TKI3. The Mugen body is still going great I painted & the buggy is faster with the body I painted on it! He just wants to try a C-Hub setup. My skills aren't professional, but the paint is thick & taking the heat, he said. And its much easier to see on the track!

I’ve been fairly surprised at how many inquiries I’ve gotten since sharing a few pics.. Not something I feel like I wanna get into just yet lol,. I definitely take it as a compliment though! That’s awesome man-glad they’re holding up! And you KNOW it’s faster!!!

Wrapping this one up finally with a few last minute odds, ends, and details.. I’ve had a LOT going down on the Littlemotor RC bench lately, but have managed to finally get some things moving, and ready for the dirt.

Mrs. Littlemotor has been super patiently waiting for this.. Glad to finally get it back on the bench to knock out the remaining stuff.

Knocking out the very same steering mods that I did on my brand new NB48 2.2 nitro buggy, and my nitro truck.. Tekno really should’ve done it this way right off the tip IMO..

Also gonna go ahead, and add in some anti-squat, as well as some roe in to the rear so hers is a bit more drivable as compared to the “box setup”.

Grabbed a Kevlar battery strap for it too, with a steel ring.. Should do MUCH better than the nerdy kit strap..

Let’s get it knocked out-starting with the Ackerman/inners..

Out with the old..

In with the Littlemotor approved..

Now the DNF special’s are outta here too. If the rod end pops off the pivot ball, it’s a day ruined.. Not after this maneuver..

OG 2.0 shoulder bolt from the bottom arrangement gonezo..

M3 steelie flat washer’s M3 button-head deal from the top, with serrated, Nylok, flange nut underneath in route..

Lock her down..

Now if it pops off, it’s not exiting the chat, or taking other parts along with it.

Onto the anti-squat, and rear toe in..

You can see the difference between the “zero” pills for the C-block, and the new “up & in” pills for increased anti-squat, along with some more toe in..

Manual build D-block pills are fine with center & down..

Slap it back together..

Mechanical is done on this unit. Tomorrow (later today for you normals ) I’ll do some bodywork, and this little animal will be ready for the dirt after I setup the electronics. I’m probably ALMOST as stoked as Mrs. Lilmotah..
