Found out the problem lol....Transmission had hardly any oil in it. So the tranny blew lol. But i found a clean, rebuilt engine for $200 plus my old engine so i did alright.

Yeah, that oil stuff they talk about seems to help! Gotta go with BMiller on this one. Got my first honda in 1985. Fourtrax 70. To this day, first pull and shes puttin'. Been through 9 cousins after me and I'm the only one that didn't treat the shifter like a kick start! Glad ya figured out your problem. Now you can trader in on a real quad!

Just kiddin' ya

Blasters are fun machines. Just always been more into trail riding. We used to have to ditch the cops a lot when I was younger, too. Didn't need a plug foulin'! I'll tell ya what, though, running from the law on a 300 4x4 that topped out at 45mph wasn't always the funnest situation to be in! JUST DON'T STOP!!!!!!!!!

LMAO! Same problem here with running the cops. If your by the bush RUN!! Then go home and paint your bike lol

Or just sit in the woods 5 miles out of town until midnight on a school night! Mom loved it! Glad those days are long gone. It was fun when the guys with cr 250's would bitch about getting tickets, though! "What do you mean, run?" Some of them had more money invested in the county then they did their bikes! Or their parents did.

none of that here lol..its run or get a ticket. If your riding on the street slow and taking it easy, they will just ask you to get off and push, but if your driving like an idiot, they will impound it and give you a ticket.

I never gave 'em a chance to give me options. The reason they where so poopy is because of people getting their yards ripped up and driving them like idiots. By the time I came up, there was no second chances. Everybody got tickets. When we heard pricks bragging about wheelies down the main drag, or saw them doing something stupid, they usually got their ass whipped. Half the time they where dumb rich kids that would see ya coming and run right home. They didn't have a clue we where only 16 at the time and had no problem kickin' their ass in their own drive way. AH, the good ol' days! Now all kids want to do is play guitar hero and sit on their ass.

lol thats the thing, we dont drive like asses. We drive on the street the least we can to get to the mountains. Thats it. I dont know why they bother us so much.

Usually because someone called them. I guess it's worth mentioning that quads are illegal to drive on the road most places, though I'm with ya. If ya ain't buggin' no one, why fret? It's their job. Just glad it isn't mine. I'd feel weird writing some poor broke-ass kid a ticket for riding a quad respectfully when I probably drove by 5 houses full of meth on the way there.

My point exactly. I don't want to sound like Qaart here but I'm not doing to late at night and to be honest, the blaster really ain't that loud. I seen way louder. But I guess its a small town and they have nothing better to do. Like I said, We ride it on the rode the least we can to get to the mountains and slowly back.

Sometimes they do it to be dicks, but not usually. The peepee is the person with their nose stuck to a window waiting for you to come by so they can call the cops. THEY have nothing better to do. As the old saying goes, poop rolls down hill! Dealing with a kid on a quad is the last thing most cops want to do, because they do have better stuff to do. So the cops are irked before they even see ya. It's all a bunch of b.s. but it's the law. A few bad apples is all it takes to ruin privileges for respectable folks!

In the process of getting a new motor lol
