So i picked up a used wraith today and i am thinking i did ok on it.
The Bad:
1. No wheels or tires
2. No body panels
3. No front light bar

The Good:
1. Vanquish Knuckles and Chubs
2. Axial TX\RX
3. AE2 ESC
4. CKRC Dual Motor mount with a couple cheap 27T's mounted to it

I paid $150 for it and i figure its worth that in parts

Plan is to disassemble\clean\grease etc. Pick up some new center drives and then run the current electronics until they give out.

worth $150?

Yep, you did good man. I'd ditch the suicide steering setup, those things have issues. I wasn't sure about it when I bought mine, but the Wraith may be my favorite rig actually.

I'm not a fan of the steering at all. well the wonky tierod anyway. I plan to roll the hubs a little and go with a more traditional tierod\draglink.

I am digging the overall platform.

Picked up a set of ripsaws and stock axial wheels for 25 shipped so it will be running next week.

Picked up a few parts for it here recently.

JR8711 403 oz/in should be enough :)

Venom 2S 5KmAh Should give me enough runtime to get bored.

Picked up one of the 10A Castle becs. Servo ballpark is 1A per 100oz/in so at 403 oz/in I should have plenty of headroom.

Also picked up the strc steering setup so I can ditch the suicide.

Pics of the freshening up soon
