Won't start please help

I just got my first nitro rc. A volcano s30. It ran yesterday and before than but today it won't start. Fuel is at the carb. Glow plug and igniter work. What else should I check?

Flooded........
Pull glow plug, turn engine over while car is upside down. Get all extra fuel out.
Start over.
