Hi. I want to modified a Wltoys 144001 with a 360 brushless motor but I need to know which pinion gear I have to use with the 360 motor can.

That info should be in your manual. Id start there. You need to know what pitch, bore size (how big the hole in the center of the pinion is), and tooth count of your current pinion.
