how about installing a Windows 7?
it's better and improve version of vista but it's also cheaper.

You have the entire OS on a partitioned drive. Go to system restore, go to advanced, and choose the destructive restore. You will get a warning that you will lose everything saved on your computer. Accept it and continue. That will reinstall Vista and return your computer to the way it was when you took it out of the box. All legal, including your registration.

can't do that rolex it only gives me a few restore points.I can't go to like a custom restore.thats what i wanna do tho

I have a vista cd =p i would be willing to possibly let you barrow it as long as you can guarantee that i would receive it back in a timely manner as i use it to install operating systems on pc's on a regular basis...

And rolex is right as long as you haven't really messed it up you should be able to do a harware restore from windows in safe mode or the motherboard bios depending on the pc

is there anyway i can bring this up on command prompt or such I'm about to boot windows up in safe mode

holding f11 during boot only gives me a loud beepin noise.i can press f2 to go to setup menu and f12 to go to boot menu during bootup

Don't hold it. While it's booting, you'll spot a menu bar on the bottom of the screen. You'll see F11 as one of your options. That's when you hit it. Don't hold it, don't tap it. Follow the prompts and choose your option for the restore function.
When you're in the right place it will warn you that you will lose all your information during destructive restore (format and install new OS)
Choose yes and continue.
