How about The Presidents of the United States of America?????

LOL because they are pointless. just like the barenakid laids IMO

Rush kicks ass....

Am I the only one who has never heard of RUSH?!?!?!

I must be living in a cave...

You must be.....
If you listened to music in the 80s and 90s you have to know who they are.

I saw them live in Buffalo last August when I went to the ECB. 10th row Center.

Good God. What is with the kids these days? You've never heard of Rush? Damn boy. Crawl out from under that rock. Scrape up $15 and go pick up "2112" on CD. And if you even remotely like that, then grab "Moving Pictures". Yeah, it's more commercial, but at least you'll get a feel for them. And if you're not thrilled about going to work, crank up "Workin' Man" and I think you'll feel a bit better...

Geez. You must think "These Boots Are Made For Walkin'" is a Jessica Simpson original...

Kid? Yeah I guess I'm a older looking kid...I never paid attention to band names back then, makes it really hard to find the good stuff nowadays...most of the music I listen to is from the 70's and 80's.

Stuff I do listen to are Steely Dan, Earth Wind & Fire, Isley Brothers, Al Green, Sade, Dave Brubeck, Lynard Skynard, Three Dog Night, Eric Clapton, Peter Frampton, Marvin Gaye, Santana, BeeGees, Stevie Wonder, Hall and Oates, Journey, Brother's Johnson, Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes, Miles Davis...just to name a few...I have about 1500 CDs you can thumb through if you'd like. I think the only modern band I like is Coldplay.

Sorry if I missed "RUSH" I'll pick up one of their CDs and give them a try.

Interesting. You really do have a variety of music. I grew up on stuff like Rush. Zepplin. Genesis. Pink Floyd. Stones. The Who. I managed to miss most of the pop stuff from the late 70s and early 80s. It's funny to see movies where they use old pop music and everyone seems to know the songs but me. But if somehow "Squonk" by Genesis comes on, I start singing along. And everyone looks at me like I'm mental.
I do think you'll like Rush. Especially their earlier stuff. It's more of a psychadelic feel. Not as intense as most of the other 60s/70s stuff. But still very entertaining.
