Those are Vinyl peel and stick stickers. A lot of people use decal and sticker interchangeably even though technically it's incorrect. Always read the descriptions.

I bought a sheet of tail lights from them, thanks for letting me know they are "STICKERS". Decals.....go on with WATER FFS!!!
