I'm not sure. I was printing with a .2 nozzle for these before I read everything is made for .4. maybe that's why? It's weird because other details came out fine.

I printed it 3 or 4 times and always came out like that
The difference in nozzles and layer height shouldn't do that on most prints, but it sometimes can if there is a layer that overhangs and the layer height difference starts printing over nothing below it.

The problem here, is definitely you printing this at a lower layer height and nozzle width, since each layer as it goes up that rounded surface is hanging over the edge of the previous layer. Let me doodle something out for you...
 
So if you look at the crossection of that rounded surface, your nozzle will start over the edge of the previous layer. With smaller layer heights and stepovers, this can be more of a problem. A solution is to start from the center out, instead of outside in. So by the time it is printing over the edge, the previous lap around is there for the final lap to stick to.

Actually, I see those pics are of both axis. Check both X and Y for play. When your printer is traveling and changes direction, it is coasting too far.
I will look into these suggestions. I’m am not sure what bambu lab calls coast.

Does the slicer have tips that pop up when you mouse over a setting? If it helps... Coast is the distance the head travels after retracting the filament at the end of the toolpath. With zero coast, the head goes the the very end of the toolpath, then retracts and lifts the head. With a .5 coast setting, it will stop feeding filament .5mm before it reaches the end of the toolpath, then retracts and lift the head.

@TeknoJ - you check your XY axis yet? I am curious what you'll find.
They are just set screws to adjust tension, I'm not sure if I crank them down or not. I seem to remember you saying go tight just not too tight?

Belts? You don't want to go nuts. Mine sound almost like a low bass string if I pluck.it. Print test cubes at full speed. Look for the raised area right after it rounds a corner. Tighten the screws and try to lessen that raised bit. I only illustrated it on one corner, but you'll likely see this on all four faces, on one corner where the head changes direction

I know the printer says I need to do a vibration calibration if I adjust those belt tension screws. Both x and y are belt driven.

I am not familiar with that machine, but they are alll kinda similar if they are belt drive. If the belts are a tad loose, the head will kinda overtravel at the corners, and leave the spots as seen on your print. Let me go look up your printer. What specific model is it again?

I think orca was a great upgrade over Cura. Even with a poor first layer due to a bad z offset it printed these fine. Functional and you won't see the bottom anyways when installed.
