Friend asked for a forward battery mount for his drag slash. Used my LCG chassis to measure and he texted me some dimensions.

I'm interested in printing some inserts for my crawlers. I've read a few posts about it and it not been the most informative.
I'm going to order a spool of

and gonna just start chcking em out untill i find one that works.
i need some for 2.2 as well as 1.9 and if i go buy 3brothers or exo's ill be dead broke from just that alone lol
i run in water so factory foams get ruint rather often, i got lucky and recieved a box full of inserts so have been able to just swap them out.
but i dont get the tire deformation i want with them,
I'm trying to simulate a air downed tire on the rocks and instead i have a taught sidewall with minimal flex available.
any help or links would be greatly appreciated. do you know a better filaent to use possibly?

Overture is the best stuff I have printed with. And that stuff has really good reviews. I am sure it will be fine. But that is a little softer than regular TPU, so you might have to adjust some things. There are some suggrsted settings and other info in the reviews.
 
I like the yzzr inserts from Etsy (?) pretty affordable compared to these overpriced things other people sell. The silicone stuff looks nice too.
I have only printed some 1.0” inserts with the overture 95A. Pretty soft. I haven’t quite figured out how to design them yet.
