I'm not familiar with this 🤔
I was too lol I saw it for my first time a few months ago in a Turkish hotel. I guess they whipped raw eggs with milk and baked it which resulted in a yellow crust. Impatiently I added half a cup of milk to 3 eggs and kept stirring on low heat, outside of the crust it had the same taste and texture as what I had in Turkey.
Egg whites don't have too much taste by themselves so they become a bit creamy in the milk, and the egg yolks somehow dissolve without even coloring the milk.

I'm on my annual, week off in October, right now. I take a week off, to get some house projects done that I didn't want to do in the heat of summer.
About an hour ago, I woke to the smell of a wonderful aroma coming from downstairs. Came down to find this yummy pan of goodness: maple pork morning sausages!

I haven't dug into 'em yet, but I already know what they taste like. Right now, I'm just waking up to a tall mug Wicked Awesome French roast.View attachment 134935

That looks good! Professional grade looking dehydrator you've got there. I have a decent Excalibur dehydrator, in the basement, I haven't used in years. I used to dried fruits when my kids were very young. About 7 years ago, or so, I went through a beef jerky making phase. One of these days, I'll break it out again.
It’s time brother!👍🏾💯

I keep hearing raves about Dave's Hot Chicken, including from my son. So, today, I made it a mission to travel 25min to try it out. It was pretty good, but not +$18 pretty good. I'll stick to the much closer KFC or Popeyes next time I'm craving fried chicken. Well, its now off my bucket list.

Out on the Ninja today and was gettin' hangry and it hit me Durbar Nepalese and Indian Bistro (yes I've posted Durbar meals before). I love this place. I always have the Chicken Tikka Kabobs and Rosemary garlic Naan bread. The owner suggested I try a drink called Lassi, it is so good. Tastes like a mango smoothie. Of course, there's always too much food.
