I'm not familiar with this

I was too lol I saw it for my first time a few months ago in a Turkish hotel. I guess they whipped raw eggs with milk and baked it which resulted in a yellow crust. Impatiently I added half a cup of milk to 3 eggs and kept stirring on low heat, outside of the crust it had the same taste and texture as what I had in Turkey.
Egg whites don't have too much taste by themselves so they become a bit creamy in the milk, and the egg yolks somehow dissolve without even coloring the milk.

Sort of a custard type result?

Yeah it's basically a failed, clotted custard, or cloudy scrambled eggs
