Just remember, if you're good, you might get a smiley face band-aid!
:hehe:
Praying for a good, easy to treat, result! :first_place:
Thanks bud, I'm definitely staying as posstive as possible.

More cat food, really? 😜
I even drink the oil the sardines are packed in 😋. I love smoked Kipper Snacks too. Meooooow!
If they taste anything like sardines... I'd be into it. 🤔 👍
Sardines in the bowl and Kipper Snacks ready to be opened. My lunch today.
Mix a can of these with spaghetti, olive oil, parmesan, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Yum!
Sounds like a winner to me. I'm in 😋 !!!!

A long chili crisp and shallot story...

Several years ago, I was gifted a jar of Fly By Zing brand chili crisp. I had never tried chili crisp and when I did, the stuff was like crack. But that brand was expensive for a broke retired guy. I then found Lao Gan Ma chili crisp which was excellent and MUCH more economical.

This winter, I was again gifted some Chili Crisp. This time, the brand was "Hot Crispy Oil." It turned out to be even better than the others I had tried. The ingredient that made it super-special: dried shallots. So... I bought a quart-size container of dried shallots and added a bunch of them to the Lao Gan Ma chili crisps in my refrigerator. Nice!

And I also added a helping of them to the ground venison I used to make a burger I just had. I mix the pound of ground venison, which is extremely lean and can be dry when cooked, with some Italian bread crumbs, grated parmesan-reggiano, and an egg. This makes for a tender and juicy venison burger. I also usually add a half-packet of onion soup mix. This time, I added the dried shallots instead.

Outstanding! 🙂 :thumbs-up:

If you knew me you'd know I'm not really a big fast food guy. Results of eating soooo much of it when I was in high school and college. In an area doing business today that I never come to and wouldn't if not for my meeting. This place caught my eye, Tuk Tuk Thai Grill. Today it's Teriyaki Chicken and Thai iced tea. 😋😋😋. Very good Chicken. And the tea? Oh, my goodness!!!!

My oldest sister is visiting from LA, and yesterday we came across a Laosian restaurant and decided to try it. I'm not familiar with Laosian cuisine at all, but the menu had lots of pictures. Everything was delicious and very fresh!
I forgot to get pics 😑
