Years ago I used to get into makin' white rice and black bean Burritos. Loved 'em. I haven't had one in a long time so yesterday I made some Jasmine rice and black beans. Had two Burritos for dinner. The first was so good I made a second. Just now for lunch I made two and put Taco Bell Chipotle creamy sauce inside. Ooooooh, my!

No pictures. I ate 'em so fast the phone never stood a chance .

First try with a "Cowboy stir fry".
Diced hash browns, smoked sausage, grilled corn and onions in butter and threw it all in on the Blackstone!
I'm so full...
