whisk some eggs, put them in the microwave and that's my favorite new quick meal for cold days.

I've be secretly doing that for years, but too ashamed to admit it. Scramble a couple eggs with a scoop of mayo in it - yeah buddy!

Your barbie bars are bent man. Is that so when scraping it after a few Foster's the bars are synced with your wobbling?
Makes me wobble just looking at it. 😆
And no I don't drink Foster's 😡
😆

Paula Dean recommended Sour cream. I didn't care for it. Never tried it with mayo, though.
Ever heard of Kewpie mayo? Just recently learned of it. It's a Japanese brand mayo that uses only egg yolks, instead of whole eggs like regular mayo. I was shocked to find it my regularly visited Super Walmart! Had to try it. Its pretty good!

I microwave an wisked egg in a ceramic bowl every morning. Add Colby Jack & make a sandwich.
I've recently started making microwave poached eggs at work using a very large coffee mug. Combined with frozen sausage patty, white American cheese and toasted English muffins for a homemade work made McDonald's sausag egg McMuffins. Just as good, and at a fraction of the cost!

Ok, explain please.
Pour in enough water, into a ceramic mug, to submerged egg(s); heat this water for about a minute; crack egg(s) into hot water; heat on high for 60sec; take out and swirl water by swinging mug; put mug back into mic and heat for 15sec; repeat swirling and 15sec heating until eggs become the consistency you desire.

I figured the yolks would explode!

If you heated it continuously in one session, then it will absolutely explode! That's the reason for the stop and go. This is the same way I melt butter, when the mic doesn't have a dedicated butter melting button.
