So. This. I love Mexican food and I love Chinese egg rolls. Momma makes some killer egg rolls. I might have to casually ask if she's ever heard of these and see if I can get some going on. What's in these? Online search says usually chicken, beans, cheese, etc...you buy 'em somewhere? Homemade? Looks good!

Ground beef, tomato, chili, Mexican seasoning, garlic salt and cheese. Refried bean inside goes well also.
They resemble Taco Time crispy meat and bean burritos actually.
One of my favorite meals.

Just change ingredients and you could also have: mozzarella stick eggrolls and Philly cheese steak eggrolls.

On top of Crackrawk chicken sammiches last night, and my pork chop fix tonight; The CEO decided to surprise me with two more boxes of unobtanium… Also filled with crackrawks as near as I can figure.. I’d punch an entire row of kittens to get just one bite of what’s in these boxes..
