Damn right. Homemade meatballs, and homemade sauce.. Lamb, veal, hot ground Italian sausage, and 80/20 beef.

That’s what my “of course” was toward lol.. I’m Scotch Irish, and tend to prefer cooking at the crib over hitting a restaurant-the older I get..

Sorry, I thought I had asked you if you've had SE, in the first post.
The place I get them from is not a restaurant. Its an English meat market that serves up meat pies and, of course, SE. Thwaites Market has been at this same location for about 100 years now!

my first time ever trying condensed milk. It only took like 20 minutes to turn into toffee and then I stuffed little parts with peanuts, rolled them in oil and dipped them in coconut

Worked until 8pm tonight, and swung by BK on the way home. Used a $6.99 coupon for 2 Whopper Jrs and 2 medium fries. Also got the new fried apple pie for dessert. Everything was pretty fresh and well made. The new apple pie was pretty good, as well.

Mrs. Doom made Faux Monte Cristo sandwiches ( just not batter dipped and deep fried) they were awesome, been a long time since we hae had them.

Chinese chicken something-or-other over Stovetop Stuffing.
Not sure what it was be damn it was good.

Spicy Beef & Pork Empanada.

Added a balsamic dressing to this rocket and carrot salad.

Served with Patatas Bravas

And a pint of Heineken.

Seared south American spiced chicken, with avocado, lettuce, crouton salad with roasted Potatoes and smoked streaky bacon!!

My kinda salad.

Hard Italian cheese to finish - squirt of lemon.

10oz Wagyu Ribeye - I didn't cook this, but my wife and I ate out at Swansea.

10oz Wagyu Sirloin. Unfortunately, wifey managed only about 6oz - what's a guy to do? I couldn't leave it go to waste!! Didn't touch the sides....
