Garlic mushrooms on sourdough toast. 🤩

I made my version of McDonald's sausage egg McMuffins for my work breakfast. I got these everything bagel slims on clearance, at local grocery store. Not a fan. Tasted like regular bread and not like a bagel. Won't be getting them again, even at 99 cents a package.
Also, had a bowl of generic almond honey bunches of oats.

Now, don't get me wrong here and I love your apple cinnamon coffee cake, but change that to carrot cake and you can put an extra chair at the table I'll be there straight away. 😋👍
Forgot to post last night's dinner. I made beef stew, and added a heavily pepperoni-ed quesadilla. Washed it down with a Corona sunrise.

Next time put a little cheese in that quesadilla toss it in a fryin' pan for a couple minutes on each side to brown up a bit and melt the cheese and you can count on me comin' over for your beef stew and toasted pepperoni cheesy quesadilla. 😋👍 Should serve those in a restaurant!

Typically, I would throw it in the air fryer, which makes it crispy and adds just the amount of charring I prefer, but it was late and I was really hungry. So, just a quick 45 seconds in the microwave for the cheese to go magma.

Swung into Burger King on the way home from work, and used an $8 coupon for 2 original chicken sandwiches and 2 medium fries. Ate one sandwich and both orders of fries with an 8(?) year old can of sour ale. 2 Girl Scouts edition Poptarts for dessert.
