Mrs. X went to a farmers' market a couple of towns over, and came home with a container of Jamaican oxtail, rice, and steamed cabbage for me. The rice and steamed cabbage were very bland. Melinda's ghost pepper sauce helped it out greatly. The oxtail was good, but did not get a lot of it. For $20, it was way over priced for the very small meat portion.
She also picked up fresh made apple cider donuts.I had one for dessert, and it was really good! I also had some cashews and prunes for dessert.

I made chicken, bacon, kale and potato soup.....with a bunch of cheddar....1/2# of it.
