First day in forever that it's been below 80 at the crack of dawn so the Chevelle took us to our favorite diner for a farmers omelette! It's at a livestock auction - smells way better inside than out!

grocery shopping after flying RCs again lol. The woman I bought another 4 jars of jam from was surprised when I told her I am making my own as well. She gave me a kilogram of specific sugar meant for jam, for free, and I could take as many empty jars as I could carry...

You suck!!!! I haven't had a bowl of beans that looked that good since I was a kid. Tell your wife to send me some!

I have never tried to make ham and beans myself, but that pic just gave me flashbacks of my mom's. Excuse me while I eat my phone.

Little experiment with the phyllo dough I made for tomorrow's spanakopita. I put whatever white cheese I had in it and still turned out very good. I'm not going to Greece this year, I'd melt, so I decided to just remake my favorite dishes since I already got the temperature locally chicken moussaka next

Yeah, they aren't bad at our Popeye's. Everyone around here love that Chikfilet place though. Or however it's spelt. I can't stand that rubberized Tyson-chicken-alike-crap they sell.
