Tonight we had peanut butter chicken. It's pretty much fried chicken with a peanut butter based coating. Still nice and crispy with a peanut butter flavor to it. Also had corn and a quinoa salad that has apple chunks, pecans and golden raisins in it. Amazingly enough it only gave me a mild itch, but it was pretty good.
