He just woke up from a nap..

Air fryer made wild tilapia. Yum!

We had pasta with meat sauce. Now I want fish.

While at the grocery store today, I came across a package of angel food cake on clearance. I thought of strawberry shortcake, so I grabbed it along with fresh strawberries and a canister of whip cream. Dessert!

The wife and I have been talking about getting one. My daughter has a air fryer and she loves it.

We've been doing the air fryer thing for some time now. We love it.

Tonights dinner, we stopped for patty melts and milkshakes.

The family gives me all their salmon skins.
Then some chips and salsa. Then strawberry shortcake for dessert.

Nordy could still make a small meal of what's left there.

Took care of the last of the tilapia from the other night. Brunch!

Dessert was a slice of strawberry rhubarb pie I just picked up from the clearance rack because the top crust had large crack. Saved $5 off the $8 price tag, and the crack didn't affect the yummy flavor one bit.

My normal stir fry breakfast of eggs, sausage, tator, peppers, onions and cheese.
I've lost 29 lbs. so far...
