A small bowl of fruit.
The good news is, the diet is working and the weight is coming off rapidly.

A small bowl of fruit is better than a big bowl of crap. But your hand got bigger. Might want to see the Dr. about that.

I'm gonna go on the record as having said that pretty much any food is better than a big bowl of crap. :hehe:

I'm sure we're all in agreement, except for those dung beetles and Bear Grylls

Burrito consisting of ground beef, Mexican blend cheese, avocado, salsa, sour cream, cilantro, Cholula green sauce. Tasty!
Still a little hungry, so I made a large bowl of popcorn.

Tonight was a dry-rubbed, bacon-wrapped pork loin off the grill. I should have gotten a pic of how much juice it flooded the cutting board with, it was nuts. And her famous cole slaw that everyone loves.

No black pepper on the pork?

Like I said, it had a dry rub on it so I wanted to try it as it came first. It was good, perfect cook temp/tenderness and juicy, but a bit bland for me. Next one I'll do a bit differently.

Yeah, I can tell that just by looking at it. You needed to, at the very least, triple the bacon 🙂

Yesterday, I cleaned the deck and the patio furniture, and washed away the pollen and crude. Today, I get to enjoy lunch outside on all the cleanliness.
Same burrito I'd made last night, and a large bowl of edamame.
