The only one in my area became a Popeye's about10 years ago.

That plate looks tasty!

I whipped up a simple, yet delicious large batch of beef stew. Sided with fresh Parisian bread.

You got my Addy. Looks amazing. I gotta drink the juice then eat. My beard always gets drips. The closer it was to being washed, the higher the chances. Hot and muggy here.

That's exactly why I was craving hot stew today.


The last several days have barely made it out of the 60's. A couple more days before the temp starts climbing again. Unseasonably cool temps for June. I actually love this!

Alright, I'll give you a pass this time, but I'm keepin' an eye on you.

Oh, Man, that looks fantastic!

Your plate reminds me of one of my absolute favorite fixings. Pan fry shrimp in butter until it gets a bit of a crust, pour that butter sauce onto a pile of rice, add soy sauce to the rice, and then mix to coat the rice well. Add shrimp to the rice and then savor!

Does it taste like grape or purple? looks great, even the soda.

I used to love grape soda as a kid! But, my favorite drink, as a kid, was Yoohoo.

Yoohoo was one of my favorites as a kid. grape was the other. So funny. I remember Yoohoo being expensive, and small. But so good.
