Whipped up a Valentine's dinner for the fam.

Some NY strip and some chuck tender steaks.

Along with potatoes smothered in garlic butter and cheese!! It was delicious!

In hind sight I should have butterflied the chuck steaks and took the NY's off a tad bit earlier, but it all turned out great!! Everyone was happy!! Some corn on the side.

Been a while since I've grilled. It was a nice evening, bout 50°. Jammin' to some music and enjoying a few Coronas!! Can't wait for summer!!!

Damn @Smilinbri , that looks awesome. I can't iron and I miss the grilled burgers and steak so much.
I cheat once in awhile so the next cheat will be bbq steaks.

I picked up those new cakesters yesterday. It was decent. Brownie like. It's essentially a mini whoopie pie, which is I believe a New England thing.

My younger daughter made (and dated) that plate when she was 10yo. We still have about 6 of these plates our 3 kids have made. If you follow this thread, you've seen a number, if not all, of them.

I don't mind em or Green beans. Just gotta be from a can. "Real" GBs are just gross tasting to me. Grew up on can veggies.

I eat one pea and it's coming back up. I can't handle the taste of them at all.
