This reminds me of a Metallica interview I saw a long time ago. The guys were talking about the days when they were starving artists, and often were so broke, they often couldn't afford basic things like bread. So, many meals consisted of bologna without bread. They referred to it as a bologna on hand sandwiches.

Tonight's dinner.....

Tonight was chile dogs.

Breakfast was poached eggs on toast. I made the poached eggs in a new method I came across on YT: 60sec in the mic, in a mug. 1/2 fill mug with cold water, crack in an egg, and mic. At 60sec, you get a half runny yolk. Perfect for me! Minimal loss of egg whites compared to the traditional stove top method.
I was still kinda hungry afterwards, and wanted something sweet. So, made myself a PBJ with blackberry jam. Yummy breakfast!

Made Breydon some Filipino Ube pancakes, scrambled eggs, and sausage. The pancakes are really yummy! Of course, he went bsck for more syrup to put on his eggs and sausage. A chip off the ole block I tell ya!

I just had a few ube buscuits and the ube jam. Breydon had the panclarks. He gave me a bite to try them. I try not to eat stuff like that too often.

It's funny because the pancake mix was pink, just like strawberry quick. As soon as you added water to it, it turned a bright purple.

I'm at work right now doing some OT. Picked up an Italian sub from Brickhouse and a taro boba milk tea from Vivi. Soooooo goood!!!!

Today I talked Mrs. Doom into making PBB&J sandwiches...in case your wondering what the extra B was for...Peanut butter, bacon and jelly sandwiches, what? It was an experiment, I can 't believe she agreed to try it. It wasn't half bad.
