Dinner tonight was chicken and avocado quesadilla. Kettle corn for dessert.

I typically don't eat early, during the weekends, but today I was kinda hungry. Found an unopened package of Canadian bacon in the fridge, so decided to build around that. There was also one bulky roll left. Breakfast sandwich it is. Fried up 2 slices of bacon and added a slice of American cheese. Spritz with Frank's Red Hot with accompanying giant mug of Caribou dark roast coffee, and it was an appetite satisfying assembly.

Ever notice on a strict diet and you plateau for a solid week, you search for the next unhealthy meal? I get tired of this diet.
