That's some serious variety!


We had pancakes and sausage for breakfast, chicken fajitas for lunch, and I was supposed to bbq a pork loin tonight, but the wind kicked up pretty hard and I was feeling lazy, so I will bbq tomorrow night. Ended up with Cap'n Crunch tonight.

The wife and I grabbed a quick burger today because I was hungry and screw those Lean Cuisine.
I'm sure I'll pay for that later when I go for my blood work.

First, liquid only- and I cheated on it after a few days.
Then, soft and squishy- and I stuck with it for almost 2 weeks.

It was all enough to make me fully appreciate my canines, incisors, and chewing. I've only recently recovered enough control and sensation to chew with my right side. Not normal, but better than it was

@Pat_ranch I know the feeling, at one point, my baby teeth weren't coming out on their own and I had all but my eight front teeth pulled at once. I was craving tacos or anything crunchy for weeks.

My awesome daughter talked me into stopping for lunch at Nordic because poutine. So while she took down half a mushroom pizza, I had a fancy burger (caramelized onions, bacon, fancy garlicky cheese sauce) with poutine, and a side of- wait for it- poutine. With the obligatory double pendleton on rocks. Today was a good day.

Tonight we grabbed take out. Spicy tempura chicken, rice and a salad.

Of course he had dinner! He probably skipped 2nd lunch, though

Our oldest picked up dinner from Chipotle this evening, for her high school fund raiser. I got the sofritas rice bowl. This is the 3rd time I've had Chipotle. Still unimpressed. I'm not sure why they are so popular. Moe's Southwest Grill is so, so much better.
