Work was slow again, so just did a half day. That means going home at 9:30!

Got a bunch of stuff done in the yard, and a little play 😉 Preparing for the big snow storm coming tonight.
Then this evening, I whipped up a large batch of beef stew in the Instant Pot. This may be my best batch of beef stew ever! Good God the chuck beef is so tender and flavorful!

Dangit! Mrs. DOOM has been wanting to make a batch of beef stew for a while now, but for a long while she wasn't up to it, and lately we've been busy. I read her your post and she gave me the stink eye! 😶

Love me some Grapenuts. I always thought the name was a little funny though. Those poor grapes 🤔

Picked up, where I left off last night. Beef stew for breakfast this morning. Yep, still delish!
 
Spent about 3 hours clearing snow this morning, after yesterday's noreaster. We got around a foot, luckily it was the light and fluffy snow.
It's just me and 2 of my kids this morning. After the cleanup, I went to our local McDonald's, 3 minutes away, to take advantage of the Big Mac bundle coupon, I got in the mail. It consists of 2 BigMacs, a 20 piece chicken nuggets, and 2 medium fries, all for $15! Things always taste better when they are either free or when you didn't have to pay full price.
