Came across a new(?) bbq truck in town. So, I had to try them out. I got burnt ends, pulled pork, and sausage with onions and peppers.
Everything was really good! I like the burnt ends the best! Really good bbq sauce, as well. Its a bit pricey, but I'll probably support the business by going once a month or so.

Last October, my hospital was bought out by another healthcare system. Today, is the official renaming of the hospital. In celebration of the event, there's free food and gifts. Wow, it's a Yeti!

Tonight, I made, for the first time, Oklahoma onion burgers. Similar to a smash burger. Really tasty! The family approves! Well, except for middle daughter who wanted her's plain.

Finally found it! Came across it at Wal-Mart, today.
Well, I can't barely even see the "jelly" layer. Can't really taste anything that stands out as jelly, either. Meh. I don't love it, but I also don't hate it.

Loved ‘em since I was a kid, but only really ate them once in a while.. I’ve been scarfing down a can every afternoon for a while now though. They’re a crazy good source of Selenium, Omega-3’s, Calcium, VitaminD, obviously protein, etc, and the King Oscar “Olive oil & Black Peppercorn” taste sooooo dammit good to me..
