A few different times I've done bacon.

Tonight we stopped on the way home from work at Rally's and got a Big Buford combo and a couple of apple pies. Mrs. Doom got a fish sandwich. It was Soooo good. It had been a while since we have been there.

We use those, with some Philly cream cheese, stir them together for a dip. Go slow on adding the pickle juice until you get the consistency you prefer. I like my dip pretty firm.

I make a dip just like that, but add chicken breast and put it in a pie pan and bake it with cheddar cheese on top. So good.

Yes, they are sweet, like a sweet pickle, but a tad spicy. I use sweet pickles and relish with mustard, because dill are too much acid for me with mustard.
