It looked really good.Having lunch right now, at work, with last night's chicken thigh stew. Tastes even better, today!
So.....would that be considered a side-eye or stank-eye?He's definitely giving her the eye.
I've never done a pork shoulder in the oven, so no experience. When I do pork in the oven, I usually bake uncovered initially, then cover for the bulk of the cooking. So I bought an 8lb pork shoulder. Gotta cook it in the oven since we can't have grills here. Never done one like this before. I got a rub mixed up and I'm gonna let it soak in overnight. It's supposed to be colder than a witches tit tomorrow, so it will be a good day to use the oven. What time and temp should I use? Google is all over the place with answers. So far I am finding about 275° for 8-10 hours, covered with foil. Does that sound right? I do have a temp probe I can leave in the oven. Just gotta find the damn thing.
Oly chit man, I'm on my way over.Tonight, yes!

I also am having stomach problems but that's fading away slowly but surely.
Maybe strep throat? Hope you feel better soon. . Being under the weather stinks.Don't have one of those.
Well.......at least it's not a suppository.Strep throat would be my guess too. Really nasty. And if you go to the doctor they give you the biggest freakin' pill they make and expect you to swallow it.
Hes sitting there giving you the stink eye.Well.......at least it's not a suppository.
If the doctor prescribes a suppository for strep, It might cure your hemorrhoids. Then get a second opinion. .Well.......at least it's not a suppository.
