I made these tacos tonight in the spirit of birria taco style. I started off pan frying the meat with salsa verde and red taco sauce with fresh red chilli. Then I removed the meat and put in the tortilla right into the sauce in the pan. Added cheese and sour cream, and then returned the meat. Folded it in half and crisped up both sides.
Yum!
