I keep saying, I need to make a meatloaf. But the wife hates it and now that the kids are gone.. Guess I need to invite the kids over to help me eat it. Not that I need help.

I always drive my bicycle to get to school so it's quite evident when I've just had this I added some coffee as if the cocoa wouldn't be enough. now I arrived way too early

I tried skyr once instead of Greek yogurt. Somewhat a tangy flavor but no real difference

Killed its slight tanginess with vanilla, honey and whatever diverse greenery I could find
