There was an Enterprise car rental building across the street from my hospital. I walk pass this building everyday since it's between the hospital and where I park. It has been non-operational for the past couple of years. A couple of weeks ago, a construction fence went up around the building.
Yesterday, they finally put up a sign on what's going in there. Taco Bell. Now, I'm not a huge TB fan, but I'm rather excited to see this going in. It's nice having an option for a considerably less expensive food option than the eateries around here. Hopefully, this location will have good management and put out decent eats.

At least my hospital really have no control what eatery opens around them. There are hospitals that leases fast food franchise spaces within their building.

Jimmy sent me coupon to try the new toasted subs. I’m a creature of habit.. so I just got a turkey with bacon, but toasted.
Not bad.. I like the bread warm.

It was just chicken pho, because it's quick and easy to make. What I really want is beef pho, with all that moo goodness!

I recalled that I was a bit disappointed that this blueberry version didn't stay crunchy, in milk, like the Raisin Bran Crunch version. Still tasty though.

The raisin version doesn't stay crunchy by the time I finish a bowl either if I eat it cold. But I don't mind that. A lot of the time, I use hot milk so cereal isn't crunchy anyway. Like Grape Nuts, shredded wheat especially, I eat most of my cereal hot. My dad always did that, so I kinda grew up that way.
