Coach had me scheduled for a workout today, but clearly I've got other plans .

Haha probably not.
And exactly, I'm a pretty good procrastinator. I made up for the missed workout yesterday, so I'm back on track.

I am exhausted from my increased workout load, so today I'm avoiding it with a little Cabernet franc while I attempt to organize kiddos toys. She is so disorganized. May need to introduce a little Six Sigma lite training to her
