what wheels do i need

to a 1/5 scale buggy but which tires i mean wheels are needed
never changed rims/tires before so i dont know of different wheel lug patterns

The tire you have picked is for a 1/10 scale Rig "Pretty Shure" I dont think thay would fit on your buggy. You need to find out what size are your wheel hex's & also look @ your stock wheels it should have the size right on the tire & then go from there.

Its a hpi baja 5b 2.0 if that helps

Those won't fit. The Baja uses a different hex and the tires are larger as well.

You would have to find a wheel that has a 23mm hex and has a diameter of approx. 3.8" and is approx. 2.7" wide. I dont think your gonna find such a critter. The only other option is to find 23mm to 14mm hex adapters....again I dont think you'll find such a critter. I doubt your gonna be able to mount 1/10 scale tires on a 1/5 scale kit and I really dont understand why you would want to do it with stock MAXX tires even if you could but either way good luck. If you manage to pull it off Id be interested to hear how

That would be a disgusting look on a 5B... Get the actual buggy style, big knobbies in the back with some narrow'er ones up front...
