I'm not sure what to get the Savage 25, or the Monster GT. What do you all think is better?
Oh btw I messed up my max, I could fix it but it would cost to much and it prety much sucked after it went in the pool.

I'd get the MGT just because not many people have one yet.

Thats also a reason not to get it. No people having it can be that way for a reason. I think you should stick with the crowd unless you like to spend 400+ on a dud. Just a thought.

Odd, I thought I responded to this post, hmmmmmm.

I was in the same boat when I bought my Savage. Which to get the Associated BFT, Savage, or T-Maxx. I opted for the Savage.

Things I considered.

BFT Pros -

1) While people say its a Thunder Tiger, it has the associated name. It wouldn't be total crap if they were willing to put their name on it.

2) They say the drivetrain can handle a much larger engine.

BFT Cons -

1) Its new and all the "weak" areas have yet to be found.

2) After-market parts are very few at the moment.

Savage Pro (really a bunch, but I'll hit a few)

1) Very durable. While I don't do "extreme" type stunts with my Savage. I don't baby it either.

2) Tons of hop ups for it. Both performance oriented and "bling bling" oriented.

IMO, there aren't that many cons. Any problems have known fixes and there aren't many.

But it'll come down to what you want. Well thats the way I feel. I mean on a different day I might have bought the BFT...

i say go with the Savage!! i have a pretty much stock savage .21 and i love it. the stock engine is pretty good but if your planin on gettin the .25, go for it!

That is why I said that I'd get the MGT jut to be different from the crowd. But u are right, the pro's and con's for this truck haven't been established yet and it is risky.

well i planed on geting one of them but i have taken up paintball insted thats where my money is going now. all of my frends play so i went one weekend and it was cool. the paintballs dont hurt but for a min.
