What to do? Paypal issue....

I ordered some pants for my mom from Roamans a while back.

After a week of not getting a order number or anything, I called them to see what was going on and they said they never received the order.

But the money was for sure sent via paypal, it was pulled from my account. I talked to a couple people about it and they said they would have it returned.

But its been a couple weeks now with nothing. I sent them an invoice for the amount and send a reminder every day.

Is it time to open a case? Will that help or not? I want my money back now.

Call PayPal. I have found then to be very helpful in the past.

open up a case. it takes like 45 days but they will get your money back...I've had to do it before

One more email or call to Roamans, telling them that you will be opening a case against them if they do not resolve the problem in 48 hours. They'll act on it.
